Transportation

 

For the safety of our students, it is necessary to know how each student is transported to and from school.  Please indicate your child's mode of transportation.  All information must be completed on the Transportation Verification form.  We have adopted these procedures to keep all Deep Springs students and families safe.  The requirements mandated by Fayette County Public Schools are outlined below. 

If there needs to be a change in transportation, then a note signed by the parent must be written and sent to school; without a note, the child will be sent home as indicated on the Transportation Verification form.  If there is a last-minute change in transportation, it must be received by 2:00 pm.  Changes in transportation cannot be accepted over the phone; however, you may fax to 859-381-3364 or e-mail the change to our transportation team.
